Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Yes, we are one of the longest established jewellers on Green Street.  Find our store address and opening hours here.

Q: Do you ship purchases?
A: Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, many of our carriers are currently unable to guarantee a signature on delivery.  A signed proof of purchase protects you as a buyer but also allows us to ensure your valuables are delivered in a safe and timely manner.  Therefore, we are currently operating a collection only service.

Q: How soon can I collect?
A: For orders placed before 4pm, we usually are able to offer a same day collection.  For orders placed after 4pm, collections will be ready the following day.  We will email you as soon as your order is ready to collect and ask you check our store opening times.

Q: Do I have to pay online?
No, as we are currently not shopping items. We believe you should have the opportunity to view the items in person before payment.  

Q: What if I don’t like the items?
A: We welcome you to inspect the items on collection and before payment.  Should you change your mind after leaving the store we ask you to refer to our returns policy.

Q: Are all items hallmarked?
A: We hallmark all qualifying articles. Please read our blog post on hallmarks.  All our items are hallmarked by Sheffield Assay Office.
