We do not permit the replication, reproduction, or distribution of our images and designs in any form.

The company may at times refer to designs and services which may be under the ownership of other brands or companies. The company will only do so with the permission of respected owners and will endeavour to acknowledge ownership.

General Terms of Sale (Excludes Gold Bullion)

The Company operates a Click & Reserve service. Therefore we do not take any online payments.

By placing an order via the Site you are entering into an agreement to buy selected good(s).

Payment for the goods must and will be made on collection. The company does not provide credit on any terms.

The company only accepts payments via credit card, debit card or Cash.

All goods remain property of the Company until payment is made in full.

Upon complete payment of goods the Customer assumes all responsibility for the condition of the goods.

The company makes great efforts to ensure condition of goods and all goods will be available to inspect before payment is completed.

Each order shall be deemed as a separate and distinct contract.

The company makes every effort to maintain its website. Due to the nature of our trade with unique items. We offer our online catalogue with a “as is” basis and are not liable to you if we are unable to supply you with a specific item.
