Refunds/Exchange Policy
Refunds
The company does not offer refunds, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
The company will make goods available for inspection on collection by the Customer and therefore we will not accept damage as a manufacturing defect post collection.
In the event of any manufacturing defect, goods must be returned within 14 days of collection.Any security tags/articles must still be in place and un-tampered.
Exchange
The Company will offer, at its discretion, an exchange on the goods collected via the Site.
The Customer must inform the Company within 14 days of collection.
The Customer must return goods to the Company within 30 days of collection.
The value of goods excluding any processing fees will be available to the Customer to use against the purchase of new goods.
Goods must be returned in New Condition.
The Company, at its discretion, will offer a Credit Note to be used at a later time, but no longer than any expiry date on said credit.
Credit Notes cannot be redeemed for any monetary value.
Any security tags/articles must still be in place and un-tampered.
Please note we do not offer any exchange in any event on the following items:
Nosepins;
Earrings;
Gold Bullion;
Goods which are bespoke or have been customised (resized, modified, etc)
